Return to Ease: A Retreat for the Nervous System
With Michelle Warren | Healium Restore, Milwaukee, WI
In a world that moves relentlessly and often feels overwhelming, it can be easy to lose touch with our bodies, our breath, and our inner sense of ease.
This four-part series invites you to pause, come home to yourself, and tend to your nervous system—an act of both resistance and resilience.
Through Somatic Movement and Yin Yoga, each session highlights different areas of the body, supporting release, restoring vitality, and cultivating grounded presence.
Rooted in somatic principles, neuroscience, and inspired by meridian energy mapping, this therapeutic, floor-based practice blends slow, mindful movement, restorative stillness, and subtle energy flow. Gentle postures and guided awareness help the nervous system unwind habitual patterns, soften tension, and awaken a sense of wholeness.
Tending to ourselves with intention allows us to reclaim presence, compassion, and resilience, even as the world outside feels fast and chaotic.
This series is a retreat for your nervous system, a quiet act of care that reverberates beyond the self.
