Our Zoom sessions offer a unique blend of Gentle Somatic Movement and Yin Yoga. This combination is designed to harmonize the mind and body through specialized brain-to-muscle re-patterning movements. Benefits include:

Classes are available on a sliding scale between $5-$20 and are welcome through Venmo or PayPal. However, please don't let cost deter you from practicing. We encourage everyone interested to participate, regardless of their ability to pay. |
